What to expect when you  submit a claim

  1. Be prepared: Before you submit a new claim, make sure you are logged in and have your auto insurance claim confirmation handy.
  2. The details: we will ask for information about your claim
  3. Approval: Your claim will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation
  4. Payment: Once your claim is approved we will send you a check for the amount of your coverage plan
